1. Revisit the Teaching
✔️Listen to the teaching again, allowing its truths to resonate deeply. Focus on what the Holy Spirit highlights uniquely for you this time.
✔️Find Revelation in Scripture
2. Explore the scriptures shared during the teaching and others that come to mind as you listen.
✔️Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal deeper layers of understanding, bringing clarity and insight.
✔️Journal
3. As you write, be attentive to His voice. The Holy Spirit often speaks “new rules to old authority,” showing you how to replace outdated mindsets and habits with His truth.
✔️Reflect on areas where old habits need to expire, and intentionally embrace the growth that comes with learning and adopting the new.
✔️Engage Deeply in Spiritual Practices
4. Read the Bible more than usual: Let the Word saturate your mind and spirit, helping you identify truths to anchor your life.
5. Pray intentionally in tongues: When you pray in tongues, you are speaking the language of the Holy Spirit—a language that transcends your understanding and aligns you with His will. Tongues break personal perceptions and connect your experience to His reality. Honor this gift as you speak what has already been spoken in heaven, aligning you with your God-given identity and purpose.
6. Worship intentionally: Worship positions you in His presence, creating space for transformation and renewal.

1. Pause at the Struggle:
✔️ When you face a struggle or feel "attacked" emotionally, stop immediately.
✔️ Take a moment to intentionally invite God’s presence into the situation.
✔️ Practice speaking in tongues, praying, or worshiping to connect with the Holy Spirit.
2. Reflect and Record:
✔️ Pay attention to how your emotions change before and after inviting God into the situation.
Write down:
✔️ What triggered the struggle or emotional attack?
✔️ How you felt before inviting God.
✔️ What shifted in your emotions, thoughts, or perspective after focusing on His presence.
Share Insights:
✔️ Come prepared to share one or two specific examples of how this practice affected you.
✔️ Highlight any breakthroughs, changes in perspective, or moments of clarity you experienced.
