Rav & Julie Kandal
Since Ravi’s radical salvation he has been uniquely gifted to hear the audible voice of God, whom Ravi affectionately calls Daddy. This gift has allowed Ravi to make remarkable impacts around the world in various spheres from witch doctors to world leaders. This journey of obedience has opened doors for incredible opportunities not only to serve the physical needs of the broken and needy but also to impart healing, hope, and destiny to people around the world. Radical Transformation is the message imparted to Ravi during a time of personal turmoil. In an extended season of encounters with God, he not only stepped into personal restoration but into a profound understanding of how hurt is formed. With this understanding, Ravi was able to learn how healing can be released to a person’s behaviors, emotions, memories, and spiritual authority.
Rav & Julie Kandal
Ravi married his wife Julie and together in 2004 founded Kingdom Foundations. Both share a passion to see the love of Christ to encounter those living in darkness with tangible expressions of love and freedom. Currently, they reside with their four biological children in Lawrenceville, GA where they minister truth and destiny through God’s word. Separated by the ocean, but united as a family, their eight Indian, adult, adopted children reside in India.
In recent years, RT4 has been the focus of KFS. This transition with RT4 has only renewed their passion for the lost. They have found RT4 to be a powerful tool to connect people to Jesus in true freedom.

Radical Believers Chapel is a church birthed out of the ministry of Kingdom Foundations, an organization founded and led by pastors Ravi & Julie Kandal in 2004. Ravi was radically saved at the age of 17. It was at this time that he began to hear he audible voice of the Lord daily! Soon after this experience, he became very passionate about bringing Jesus to the lost and, almost immediately after salvation, began church planting in the villages of India. In the first year of church planting, Ravi’s foundation of faith was established, and as he pursued the Lord he began to see signs, wonders, and miracles follow. Through this radical pursuit of the Lord, many came to faith, churches were established, and powerful traditions of Hinduism were broken as the Lord brought about lasting transformation.
After completing one year of church planting in the villages, the Lord directed Ravi to Bible college. He gained his theological degree from Bob Jones Baptist University. Despite some fundamental theological differences, particularly related to the gifts of the Holy Spirit and modern-day miracles, the college gave Ravi a strong foundation on the word of God that he holds dear to this day.
Kingdom Foundations began in India, founded by Ravi and Julie Kandal in 2004. Together they started their married life in India with an immediate family of adopted children. In total now they have 7 adopted children, 4 biological children and 2 grandchildren

Their mission is to make Jesus famous in this generation by living out faith, hope, and love. The church is committed to a culture of transformation, love, faith, humility, generosity, service, worship, excellence, discipline, relationship, honor, and joy. Their core values guide leaders and members in daily decisions and actions, aiming to glorify God. They believe in the power of prayer, the importance of scripture, and living a life that reflects Jesus’ teachings, striving to create an environment where impossibilities become possible through faith and action.
